Reval is being prepared for the App Store. This website does not sell subscriptions or credits. Final availability and local pricing will be shown in the App Store.
Missing credits or a purchase?
Open Me in Reval and use Restore Purchases. If the balance still looks incorrect, send the app version, your account ID shown in the account screen, and the approximate purchase time. Do not send payment-card details or authentication tokens. During development, Test Store transactions are simulated and do not charge money.
Cancel a subscription or request a refund
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Manage subscriptions or request a refund from Apple. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
Account and data requests
Email us with the subject “Reval account deletion” to request removal of your account and cloud data. Include your account ID so we can help verify ownership. Never send your password or private photos. See our Privacy Policy for details about data handling.
An image is still generating
Return to the same conversation to check the result. Avoid resubmitting while a task is pending. If you contact support, include the approximate time and any error shown, without attaching private images unless requested and you choose to share them.
